Keynote Speaker

The YCWI 2026 Conference will feature Debie Thomas as our keynote speaker. Many of you have read Debie’s words for inspiration in your weekly writing as she wrote for Journey with Jesus. Others may be more familiar with her books A Faith of Many Rooms: Inhabiting a More Spacious Christianity and Into the Mess and Other Jesus Stories: Reflections on the Life of Christ. 

Gathered together, Debie will invite us to consider our own places at the table, while also encouraging us to think about how the table can be expanded and where God is calling us to next. 

Debie describes herself as a seeker, an explorer, a believer and a doubter. Join us as we hear how God meets her in the unknown, while being invited into our own journey of exploration and welcome.
