Early Conferences

OUR FIRST CONFERENCES

In 2007 & 2008 TYCWP and the Cathedral College of Preachers in Washington, DC, offered young clergy women the opportunity to fellowship with one another and hone their homiletical skills. CONFERENCE 2010

With the close of Cathedral College, TYCWP began to dream about what a conference designed from the ground up by and for young clergy women would look like. In 2010, we partnered with Candler School of Theology at Emory University and the Resource Center for Pastoral Excellence to explore Leading As Ourselves: Discerning Models For Ministry. In Atlanta, we were led by the Rev. Melissa Clodfelter and the Rev. Beth Kennett.

CONFERENCE 2011

Join us from August 8-11, 2011 at Duke Divinity School in Durham, North Carolina for a time of rest and renewal, challenge and prayer as we focus on our Spiritual Health. This year’s conference will be led by the Reverend Winnie Varghese as we explore who we are in God’s eyes. Visit our conference page for more information and to register!

MEETUPS & LOCAL EVENTS
